BREAKING: Ultra Shanghai 2018 cancelled

With almost no official warning it appears that, despite floods of music and festival lovers from all over Asia buying tickets, Ultra Shanghai 2018 has been cancelled.
Originally intended to be two back-to-back weekends in September, partnering with Beijing, doubts had begun to appear as no official lineup was announced, giving fans grave concerns over the likelihood of the event taking place.
And there's more bad news - Ultra Beijing, which was supposed to take place on September 15/16th, has been postponed indefinitely. All of this was off the back of Ultra Beijing, again, being cancelled back in June, despite headliners such as Chainsmokers and DJ Snake bringing in many music lovers from across the continent.
So it looks like festivals in China may be a little difficult to get off the ground, but who knows, as the festival organisers have refused to give a reason for the cancellation.
